I am Linda, a single senior lady, and rent out 3 rooms. Currently, there are 2 young ladies that share the home with me.

My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called the Racquet Club, located off Turnpike. Ample and safe parking. There is a tennis court, clubhouse and swimming pool located across a small bridge from my home. Pool, tennis and pickleball can be enjoyed. Large kitchen, with 2 refrigerators and washer/dryer. Housemates share one full bathroom and one half bathroom. The room is on the 2nd floor and faces the Racquet Club park area and the mountains. Pets are not allowed.

My current housemates are full-time working professionals. They are respectful and easy to live with. We are all Christians and enjoy camaraderie, if and when we see each other.
Rent is $950 per month, payable on the 1st of the month. Security deposit of $950, which is promptly returned after you leave. I pay all utilities. Rent also includes internet access plus bi-weekly cleaning of shared spaces, bathrooms and the kitchen.
