FAMILY RESOURCES

Our Curriculum

More than anything else we want to see a generation of kids who love the Lord. Our curriculum, called TRU, helps us to flesh out this vision. With TRU curriculum your children learn “The Big God Story” as God’s entire story, going through the Bible chronologically from Creation through Revelation in age-appropriate ways. Every Sunday’s Bible story is presented within the context of God’s bigger story of redemption for the world. Kids won’t be confused by learning about Jonah one week and Jesus the next. Instead, they learn how the Bible characters fit into a Bible timeline that clearly shows where in time Jesus’s birth, life, and death stand in relation to what they are learning that day. They also learn that each of us becomes part of the Big God Story when we place our faith in Jesus as our Savior.

  • You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your might. And these words that I command you today shall be on your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, and when you walk by the way, and when you lie down, and when you rise.
