Hello! My wife and I have lived in Santa Barbara for the last six years, and we just recently learned that we are expecting our first child in late February 2026. We’re hoping to move by the end of the year so we can have some more space for ourselves and our little one when they arrive.
Our only “must-have’s” are 2 bedrooms and an in-unit washer and dryer. We’re open to living in Goleta or Santa Barbara and can provide references from current and previous landlords if need be.
