I have a furnished room with a private bathroom for rent in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house in a very safe location of Santa Barbara.
The room has a full-size bed frame, mattress, bedside tables, shelves and closet.
The apartment has a functional kitchen with a gas/electric stove, microwave, range, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and most cooking/coffee/eating necessities.
Washer and dryer are in the unit, and hardwood floors throughout the apartment.
Rent is $1000 per month utility bills inclusive in the monthly payment and makes you entitled to all the utilities such as cable tv, electricity, gas, trash, water, and high-speed wireless internet.
Plus $1000 for a security deposit which is refundable during departure.
Pets are allowed.
The apartment is within walking distance to the bus stops, restaurants, grocery stores, and fitness centers.
