Annual SBCC Mission Report

Please use these questions as an outline. Adapt any of these questions to fit your ministry. Include figures whenever pertinent - for example, number of Bible studies being held weekly.

You cannot save this form and return to it later. We recommend you type answers to the longer questions offline in a program such as Microsoft Word, and then copy and paste them into this form when you are ready to submit it. This will help ensure you do not lose any of your progress.

  • Summarize your year in ministry.
    If you like, use the following questions as a guide:
    - What excited you?
    - What frustrated you?
    - What is the state of your heart for your mission?
    - How are your days spent?
    - Would you say that your relationship with your organization is healthy and in good standing?
    - Did you meet your goals and objectives this year?
    - What goals and objectives do you have for this coming year?
    - What can we do to help?
  • - Describe the staff structure: number of staff members, roles and responsibilities (be brief!). Be sure to define your role in that staff structure.
    - Quality of relationships amongst the immediate staff with whom you work.
    - Supervision: who supervises your ministry directly, and how?
  • - Give a macro view of your ministry's calendar for the past year.
    - Give us a general sense of what your typical week looks like.
  • - What is your personal ministry budget? Are you fully supported?
    - About how much time do you spend fundraising? Do you find it manageable?
  • - Are there any changes ahead in any of the above areas?
    - If your ministry received extra funding, what are some specific projects you would like to undertake?
    - If the opportunity arose, what type of partnering projects would you have (if any) for a short term mission team?
