3 bedroom apartment on W Islay St. $1275/month + ~$200 utilities + $1275 deposit
We are currently looking for another gal to occupy one bedroom.
The single bedroom downstairs off the kitchen is open as of June 1. You would have your own bathroom, though it is also the guest bathroom. Bedroom has two walls of windows and hard wood flooring.
We have a large living/dining room with a fire place and big windows. We have two off street parking spots to share between the 3 of us. Laundry is coin operated and shared with the 5 unit apartment building (the other 4 units are one bedrooms).
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with one Jack and Jill bathroom occupied by me (preschool director at SB Community Church) and my best friend (a preschool teacher at the church).
We are both Carp locals that have landed in SB and are quite the introverts who have been involved in a church most of our lives. I graduated from Westmont and my friend went to school at SB City College.
We hold a lot of value in a clean AND orderly home that provides a safe place to decompress after a fun/long day of work!
We rarely have friends or family over but certainly keep each other in the loop when that will be happening.
