Hi there! My wife and I are looking for a 2–3 bedroom home in Santa Barbara for our growing family, as we just recently welcomed our first child into the world. We’ve called Santa Barbara home for the past eight years and have truly come to love this town and our church community. It would mean a great deal to us to be able to stay here and continue building our life.
We are reliable, respectful tenants with stable income and strong references. My wife and I both work full-time in town, and we both take pride in keeping a clean, quiet, and well-cared-for home. We are non-smokers and do not have pets.
Our budget is up to about $3,500 per month, and we’re flexible on timing. We’re open to a house, condo, or townhome, ideally in a safe and family-friendly area.
