I am Linda, a single senior lady, and rent out 3 rooms. Two young ladies are renting out 2 of the 4 available bedrooms upstairs. There is also a guest room upstairs. The upstairs bathroom has 2 sinks, shared by 2 ladies. One of my current housemates uses the downstairs half bath for her sink area. All 3 ladies share the tub/shower upstairs. My bedroom and bathroom are on the first level of the home.
My home is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called the Racquet Club, located off Turnpike. Ample and safe parking. There is a tennis court, clubhouse and swimming pool located across a small bridge from my home. Pool, tennis and pickleball can be enjoyed.
My current housemates are full-time working professionals. They are respectful and easy to live with. We are all Christians and enjoy camaraderie, if and when we see each other.
Rent is $950 per month, payable on the 1st of the month. Security deposit of $950, which is promptly returned after you leave. I pay all utilities. Rent also includes bi-weekly cleaning of shared spaces, bathrooms and the kitchen.
