My son currently has a room for rent on the Mesa across the street from SBCC at the Buena Vista Apartments. He is looking for a Christian male student/roommate.
He would also consider a room to rent or studio (if unable to find a roommate). He is very clean, respectful and kind.
He is a very mild tempered person with a huge heart. Loves baseball, basketball, and football. Hikes the hills of SB weekly. Active and loves the beach. Loves Jesus. Not a partier and is a Film Studies major.
His unit is a 2-bedroom, 1 bath unit with a balcony overlooking hills. Monthly rent would be $1750.00
