HI!! Our names are Sophia and Ceci,
We are looking for 2 girls to join us in our house in downtown santa barbara, located near paseo nuevo! It is a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom house (so it would be 2 doubles) and rent is around $1250 a month including utilities. There is parking, a dishwasher, and AC!! The lease is from August 2026 to June 2027. One of us will be a junior at UCSB and the other is recently graduated from UCSB working full time downtown.
