My wife and I are looking for a place to move in Santa Barbara. As we think about growing our family, we are hoping to find a space of our own.
My wife moved to Santa Barbara from the Midwest and brings that same welcoming, community-oriented spirit wherever she goes. She is an avid reader, talented baker, accomplished crocheter, enjoys playing piano, hiking, and birdwatching.
I graduated from the culinary program at SBCC and spent several years working in the culinary industry before transitioning to a role at REI. More recently, I began apprenticing in finish carpentry, a trade I am thriving in. In my free time, I enjoy photography, cycling, gardening, cooking, and spending time outdoors.
We are responsible, respectful tenants with stable employment, strong references, and a history of taking excellent care of the homes we live in. We have a strong community at our church, and desire to bring that same sense of community wherever we go.
We are looking for a larger one-bedroom or a two bedroom space. Because of a severe allergy, we are seeking a dog-free space.
We love living in Santa Barbara with all of the accessible outdoor activities, and are desiring to stay in the area as a family.
